Handyman Calculator could not start

This almost always means the device's Android System WebView is disabled, or is too old to run the app. WebView is the system component Android uses to draw this app's screens.

Use it right now, in your browser

Every calculator runs at handymancalculator.whataboutalist.app. It does not need WebView and it does not need the Play Store. Open it once with a connection, then use your browser's Add to Home screen or Install menu item. After that it opens like an app and works with no signal.

To fix the app itself

• Check that Android System WebView is not disabled in Settings, under Apps.
• On a work or school phone, a device policy is often what disabled it. Your IT administrator has to allow it; the setting is not something this app can change.
• If the Google Play Store works on this device, updating Android System WebView and Chrome there and reopening this app usually clears it. If the Store is disabled, use the browser version above instead.
